RATES

Price includes use of firewood, coffee and local telephone calls.

$175 per night for two people, $15 for each additional person per night. A cleaning fee is included.

A 2 night minimum stay is required on weekends, a 3 night minimum stay on holidays.

A refundable security deposit is required with rental deposit. Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Call for special weekly rates.

Check in time is anytime after noon, and check out time is 12 noon also.

PAYMENT

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit. The balance is due upon arrival.

Please make any cancellations 2 weeks prior to reserved dates!!!

DISCOUNTS

From November 1st – April 1st, there is a 20% discount on weekdays.

Stay 2 weekend nights and get 30% off 3rd night (off-season only).
